Answers to common questions about our cakes and services.
To ensure a flawless experience, we recommend placing your order 7 to 10 days in advance. Large format cakes, multiple tiers, or highly elaborate designs require 2 to 3 weeks, allowing us to care for every stage of the process with the level of detail that characterizes us.
Express Orders (Rush Cake): We accept last-minute orders subject to availability and with an additional charge. Due to the urgency, some specific design elements might not be available; even so, we commit to reinterpreting the proposal faithfully and harmoniously, always respecting the requested aesthetic and essence.
Yes. At CakeCraft we develop completely personalized designs, created based on the theme, color palette, and style of each event. Reference images work as creative inspiration.
Additionally, we offer digital sketches, allowing the client to visualize the final result of the cake before its creation, ensuring alignment, transparency, and peace of mind throughout the process.
Yes. We have a specialized delivery service, with an additional cost depending on the distance and the size of the cake. This service is especially recommended for delicate or large-format pieces, guaranteeing safe and appropriate transport.
Our cakes are conceived primarily for indoor events, where their structure and decoration are optimally preserved. In hot and humid climates like Miami's, we recommend keeping them in cool areas without direct sun exposure.
For outdoor events, we suggest the dummy cake option, an ideal alternative that preserves the design's aesthetics throughout the event. The dummy cake includes a complementary sheet cake, kept in the event's kitchen for correct temperature and subsequent service to guests.
